3. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship products only to addresses within the 50 United States (excluding U.S. territories, APO/FPO, and international addresses).
- Free Shipping: Orders totaling over $125 (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders under $125 will incur standard shipping rates, which are calculated at checkout.
- Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen events.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Returns and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.
To request a refund:
- Email support@getbloomandbalance.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- For unopened items only: Return the item(s) at your own expense (you pay return shipping).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus any applicable shipping charges we originally paid (if the order did not qualify for free shipping).
Important Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all packaging.
- Opened or used products are generally non-refundable except in cases of defective or damaged items upon arrival.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse of the policy, excessive returns, or failure to meet the above conditions.
- Refunds for defective or damaged items upon delivery may qualify for a full refund (including return shipping) at our discretion—please include photos and details in your support email.
5. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection of any outstanding amounts.
